Recently bought some TOM's CF stuff for my ISF from Clark at VIP autosalon, and I'd have to agree that I faced the same service. Said they had it in stock but still took bout 3-4 weeks to arrive and that was after calling his cell repeatedly 3-4 times a week. BUT it did eventually come in. I think if he were to respond back and have better communication, the 3-4 week wait time woulda been fine. Good luck and welcome to the F family!

Hello Everybody, same thing happens to me, I ordered a body kit for my 2013 GS 350 on 7/3/2013, a week later have sent them 4 emails asking for status and no reply, called 4 times and no reply or answers, will call my credit card for refund. That is too bad, (they have a nice website though).

Default VIP Autosalon still open?

So I ordered some LX Mode stuff from VIP Autosalon the other day, got the confirmation that I had placed an order via email, then waited three days and got no confirmation of shipping. When I go on my account it still says "processing." So I shot them an email just making sure it went through, still haven't heard back from that so I called them this morning. Both sales and customer support went to voicemail. So my question is, are they open? Do they still sell stuff? Should I cancel the payment that already processed through? Thought I would see if anyone on here had some inside information on them, at this point I'm ready to pull payment and go to L-tuned which has never let me down before.

yes they are still open; they still get projects from lexus corporate. clark does great work but unfortunately customer service is not their priority or specialty, so like bob said i would take my business else where.

Thats unfortunate to hear... So I guess I'll go through my bank to cancel the order since I can't even get ahold of VIP autosalon... Thanks for the feedback guys, really appreciate it !!

do NOT buy from them

they sell REPLICA parts as AUTHENTIC

they charge you AUTHENTIC price and send you REPLICA parts!!

They suck I once emailed them took 1 month to get a simple reply. Then the second email went no where not a reply back.
