Default RSR Down springs or F Sport springs for 2017 IS350F Sport rwd?

Since IS350 F Sport comes with AVS I don't planning on getting coilovers on the new car just yet. My choices for springs r down to these two. I've read many threads on this topics, we can all agree from the drop, ride quality stand point they r very similar, maybe f sport has a little stiffer ride. My main concern is which one will wear out the factory shock sooner? I'm leaning toward the RSR Down but are F Sport springs more compatible so to speak to the oem shocks?

On the F Sport spring description it says not to use with AVS, which IS350 F Sport have, is this also true with other spring brands?
