2001 Lexus LS430 Navi, ML, remote start $2500 Need to sell quick !
Hey all,
This is my 2001 LS430. It's in over all good shape but, needs some work. The Timing belt is due so this would be one of the big expensive adjustments. I decided with 244K on it that it's time to move on. The OEM wheels started peeling a few years ago, and one or 2 are a mess. The front bumper could use a repaint or a expert who might be able to restore it.
This car has the ML system and the Navi (newest update), it also was upgraded with a 2006 navi drive so it uses Gen 4 discs. It has a 3rd party Remote start, it came with the car. It comes with 2 keys, one very well used, the 2nd one looks brand new.
Things that would need to be fixed.
1. Timing belt/water pump needs to be done ! (is not broken, car runs fine)
2. it has a warped rotor in the front passenger's side (was going to fix but, the pads are still good)
2. ML sub needs to be replaced....AGAIN
3. Tilt motor died (It's been at my height so it never bothered me)
4, Trunk release motor just keeps unlocking so it was disconnected (need to use key to get into the trunk)
5. Exaust is a hair loud, I will include a Y-pipe to replace it. When I mean loud, it's a very little louder then normal, it might be the gaskets.
I was going to fix all these but, I decoded with the age and miles, I would just update to a newer LS. Sorry to see her go, a very dependable car. I would not be shocked if she saw 400K plus with some work.
It runs and drives fine, I drive about an hour to work each day, so most of the miles were highway miles. I got the car around 76k mark and personally drove all the miles. It's going to be traded in of not sold, so if someone is interested, they need to move quick. I could be trading in towards the end of the week.
I have title in hand.
Is $3500 fair ? Edit: $2500 need it gone in a day or 2...

Even lower, where are you going to get a LS430 for $2500 ?
Well taken care of, the insides are nice, the car runs and drives, needs a few things but, is in nice shape over all.
It gets traded in on Thursday (or Friday but, it's looking like Thurs) if not sold, so would love to get this car to someone who would give it some love instead of the junkyard for parts (as a car with 244K miles would go)

I am showing people the car tonight at 6pm, there is 3 people showing up right now. Highest bidder takes it home.
It has to be gone tonight, or it will be traded in tomorrow.
