Default Weird issue with shifting

Hi everyone,
Ok so as some of you guys know i bought my second SC a few months ago and when driving it back home on the highway i noticed a very loud sound coming from under the middle console at high speeds (70+). After doing some research everything was pointing towards the transmission mount, i replaced that and the sound disappeared (yay)
Unfortunately ever since i swapped the mount the car shifts really.....weird. Best way i can describe it is this: If im starting to move and im just barely pressing the accelerator, the car revs to about 1100rpm without moving and then jerks me forward. This also happens if i let off the gas completely while im moving at any speed and then gently press on the pedal again. It revs up and then jerks me forward. Aside from that it shifts very smooth.
What im wondering is if its actually the mount that might be causing it or if there is something else. I changed the mount about 2 weeks after buying the car so i may have not noticed this issue.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank guys!

Oh and i should mention its a 1999 SC 400.

I have yes. Its a nice rosy color like its supposed to be and doesnt have any metal shavings in it from what i can tell. It was changed just under 30k miles according to the previous owner. While i dont really have a way to confirm this, the state of the fluid seems to suggest that hes not lying.

How many miles are on your car? You might have to get that checked by a trusted shop to get a better opinion.

Car has 150K on it. I do plan on taking it to a shop to get it checked out within a week or so. I just wanted to know if anyone else had this issue and if a transmission mount can cause it before i took it in.
