I have a 2012 ISF with the stock rims and wanted to confirm that the 245/35/19 and 275/30/19 setup will fit on my car and is the correct size as I'll be upsizing from the stock size tires. I have swift springs on the front only, rear is stock. Will I have any rubbing? Thanks.

You should be fine. I've seen guys that are running the same tire setup lowered on Swift springs and 15mm spacers and still don't rub.

245/275 will fit fine. I personally lean towards stock tire sizes but that's me. I didnt like the experience with 245/275 on my 08 rims. The handling seems somewhat out of place compared to stock 225/255.

Because the 2012 wheels are 8.5" & 9.5" (1/2" wider) than the 08-11 wheels the 245/275 is the de facto standard most guys run (including me) you'll be fine and no rubbing with swift springs.

FYI, if you're looking to maximize front end grip to eliminate more understeer, the 255/35 also works well on the 2012 front wheels. I've been running the 255/35 & 275/30 combo since late 2015 (including 10 track days), and I love it.

You could run 255/35/19 and 285/30/19 on the ½" wider wheels.

Probably too much for 9" wheel. Tire sidewalls will bulge. Lose stiffness and get more of a boaty feeling on hard turns

I was going to do 275/30 on my stock 08 wheel but discount tire suggested the 285/30 so I went with that option. I have not had any issues. I decided to go with the wider tire in case I ever purchased new wheels which I did which should be here in a few weeks.

When I was running stock wheels on my '08, I ran 285/30s on the back. Many members here gave me a lot of grief about it, and some, who tired it, complained of mushy handling. I experienced no issues with the 285s. I ran Bridgestone S-04s. I'm now running 255/35/19 and 295/30/19 S-04s on 9s and 10s - RCF wheels.

I just put on 255 front 285 rear without rubbing. I have a 2012 with stock wheels, and lowered on Swift springs front and rear.

Wow, good stuff. No rubbing on bumps? Reverse? Nor hard cornering? Do you have spacers?
I want to go with 15mm spacers without rubbing (I'm lowered front and rear with Swift springs) so I believe I'll stick with 245/35 & 275/30. Don't want to deal with rubbing of any kind on stock wheels.

I am running the same setup. Definitely improves stopping distance and overall front end grip. Also gets the car closer to neutral from the stock heavy understeer.
