Default Orig plugs in my 94? BKR5EP-11

Were these what was installed from the factory on 94 SC300's?
"NGK Laser Platinum Spark Plugs #3440 / BKR5EP-11"
Pulled one today and its really worn...... Passed smog yesterday too. LOL LOL
Plan to replace the plugs. Have read most seem to use Denso SK16R11 Long Life Iridium / 3324.
But have a feeling the installed NGK BKR5EP-11 were installed at the factory. 79k orig miles on the car.
No receipts that show the plugs were ever changed.
(Trying to get to 30 posts to get to the classifieds)Thanks in advance.

It's really not surprising to get 80 k out of platinum plugs. Ideally 60k would be time to replace. There is still working, and there is still working at its best. Waiting longer to change them just puts more stress on your coil.

Went ahead and ordered the 3440 plugs. Was asking if that's what they were originally equipped with?
Still shooting for 30 posts..........

Its not worn that bad is it? Gap should be 0.044" and just looking at the pic it is about that. Electrode is small on these plugs.

Not worn out completely. But its probably time not knowing its history.
I assume these were installed 23 yrs ago at the factory. As the stock plug. Here is a new one.
The one I pulled from the car is a bit rounded off, but still close to the correct gap of .044
