svt_ray's Obsidian RCF Build
Hey guys!
My name is Ray and this is the build thread for my 2016 Obsidian RCF, I bought the car from Escondido Lexus on October 23rd and am very excited to mod the car. Feel free to follow me on instagram @svt_ray
This is the mod list which will be updated as I do things to the car.
-Meistershaft exhaust with LSR midpipe from GTHAUS
-Swift Spec R Lowering Springs
Here is the car the day I bought it:
Here it is with my GT500:
Here are a couple of wheels I test fit on the car when it was stock:
HRE FF01 20x10.5 +45 square setup 295/30r20 Michellin PSS
Niche Essen M147 20x10 +40 275/35r20

After about a month of ownership I installed the header back Meistershaft exhaust from GTHAUS, I was skeptical about the power gains however after a few encounters and how the car ran overall I can definitely feel the power gains.
Here is an exhaust video of me revving the car:
Just this past wednesday I had my swift springs installed at my buddies shop, they ride and handle great. However .3" more up front and .1" out back would be perfect IMO.

Yeah they're my favorite colors actually 😂
I did! Just haven't wired it up since I don't forsee myself running it closed, maybe I'll get around to it soon haha.

Looks good man. You got skills!
Took me 2 tries just to do my hood. No way I would try wrapping a whole car.
What brand wrap did you use? Any complaints? Did you use any additional edge glue or adhesion promoter or just straight up wrap?
Btw congrats on the new car.
