Default HPS Short ram intake??

hey guys i have been reading a few treads and post about intake and HPS got my attention because you can put the sound amplifier of the stock intake to the HPS intake, which mean you will not loose that growl the stock intake gives. i did not found a good review about this item what do you guys think? its half the price of the F Sport intake for the same thing.

I would like to see an actual dyno to back up their claims.

i have it with a afe drop in filter... its a little better more air flow for sure. IDK about power gains but the throttle is a little more sensitive.

Reason why is because ov tune made an intake and reposition it every where and only gain 3whp over stock. That's not enough for me to want to spend money on intake.

How much do they go for? About $150 is what I'm seeing on eBay and Amazon.

I just installed my HPS intake pipe on 2014 IS350 F-sport. I feel a little sluggish in lower RPMs. higher RPM is not much difference... I really want to get dyno done to see if Claimed HP and TQ was real. urgh.. ANyone done dyno yet?! $75 buks dyno near my place. really tempted to do it...

$75 is cheap. If you end up doing it.. See if you can swap the intakes back and forth on the same day.

Don’t expect much with this set up. I have the short ram and drop in filter. Helped with throttle response, slightly. Otherwise no power gains felt. Induction noise slightly slightly louder.
