New member, new GX!
Hey everyone, I recently picked up and clean 06 GX and just wanted to say hello and say thanks to the many members who have contributed to these forums. I've gained a ton of knowledge about these trucks over the past few years reading these forums, and I finally pulled the trigger when this beauty showed up. One of the biggest concerns for me was rust- I live in Nebraska so I traveled to buy a clean Texas truck. It's a one owner with 89k miles. I must say, it was worth the trip! The only thing I see it needing as of now is the dash replacement (it has one small crack) and of course the airbag recall which the parts are already ordered. Anyway, thanks for all the good info here, it definitely aided in my search for a good rig.

Hoping to buff mine out in the spring. Even though the inside was very clean from when I bought it, I still went through it yesterday and treated the seats with a three step kit from Leather Masters. Very impressed with this product, pulled a lot of dirt out of what appeared to be very clean seats. Those with the Ivory interior would probably see some very dramatic results.

Depending on the condition of your seats I had to get my driver seat redone it was all cracked up and looking at the front passenger it doesn't have much left in it. So cleaning it basically leaves the leather coming out from the seats unfortunately the leather is too bad on these trucks.
