Default Where do you guys leave or mount your cellphones?

I am curious to see where members are leaving and/or mounting their cellphones? My phone does not fit in the cup holder and it usually ends up on the passenger side seat. With the new CA Cellphone law I need to find a better solution than leaving the phone in my lap or on the passenger side seat.

Sideways in the center console. Sits nicely on the lip around the edge....doesn't go anywhere and the armrest closes without issue.

I have a Nato mount attached next to the passenger seat heater buttons. It works great! I just have to set the sport setting prior to putting the phone on it. It holds my iPhone rock solid.

I'm using ProClip's Mount on the Middle Right Vent. It doesn't clash with any controls. You can attach or detach your cellphone's power cord and swivel it left/right, 90 degree turn to left/right as you wish. It's a lil pricey though.

I just usually put mine in the lil' top pocket of the door, I have the iPhone 6+ & it's a lil' too wide for the cup holder but it stands up perfect in that side pocket

Hey Andrew, yes I had an IS-F. I moved over to the RCF after getting hooked on the 5.0 and wanting a "New" vehicle. As far as mods go...

Isn't this rite in front of your AC vent?

I still got my 2 AC vents... It's more on the passenger side AC vent so, I'm good... haha! But you can still adjust the passenger's AC Vent's direction... If you don't want to cover the AC vent, you can choose the clock area...

I was thinking the same thing. I could care less about my passenger.

I will most likely cover the clock area.

I mount mine face down on the ledge/shelf in front of my multi-media display...do that in my GS, too

perfect location and doesn't slide b/c rubber protective case on phone grips. Easy access.

i use 6ft monoprice cables in both cars for charging

On my ISF I use a this Kuda mount. Kuda makes many mounts for Lexus vehicles, but nothing for the RCF yet.

They also make one for the late IS, looks like it may be adaptable to an RC:

I just use a cd mount (i hardly use cd anyway lol) and put a thin magnet inside my phone case. Strong magnet, so phone doesnt move or shake at all even thru bumps or potholes.

How sturdy is this? Does it stay pretty good in the cd player?
