Gonna refinish the wheel gunmetal grey. Do some lighting mods. But I'm gonna keep her relatively untouched. I think I've outgrown crazy modding...
I had the same car, same year and model, but black. It was a great car. I prefer the SC for me, but those Beemers are quite nice as well. Glad to see you got the warranty! After having BMWs and Benzes, the German cars were sooooo expensive to maintain. Congrats on a lovely vehicle.

before I sold it had 220,000 miles but still in good shape.But I decided to part with it and I jumped on the Lexus RX 400H and I

I'm sure that it will be nice going from a 2002 to a 2009 electronically-wise. It is a sharp looking 328i. At least you got the convertible. Good luck with it and enjoy the change.

It seems to me that if 90% of their shop work is maintenance, that means that the cars are reliable enough that they rarely need repair work and that their maintenance programs work well enough to keep the cars reliable. Then again, I think that I know what you are talking about, maintenance can be over done.

May be 90% of the cars are late model cars? (not implying sc430 are not low repair cost cars)
In general at what mileage (sc430s) the repairs starts adding to the cost of ownership?
