Default Sc300 treadstone nat manifold fitment?

Hows it going guys. Im planning on going nat with my 95 sc300. And im trying to figure out exactly what I'm looking to do. The ultimate goal is 500-600 on pump and room to grow on e85.

The treadstone manifold will be my best option for clearance with the throttle body. But the issue is im not sure exactly "how much" room between the chassis and the manifold itself.

I've looked for reference picks but can't find much. Most people run a .68 ar from what I'm able to find.

The bw s360 is on mind but the smallest ar on the hotside is a .88ar. is anyone aware if that size ar housing wil fit properly in a sc300?

I would use a standard manifold but I can't find anywere that sells a intake manifold spacer to give some clearance.

Lmk thanks

Number 1. I have no idea about any answers you are seeking.

That being said, Borg hot sides run large in terms of exterior dimensions so be careful if space is a concern. Garett based turbos have a smaller footprint.

93twintrbo used a Precision PT-6870 capable of +1000rwhp with the right supporting peripherals on a threadstone manifold . It had a .96 a/r I believe. Borg Warner usually have bigger footprints.

Use the right turbo and you should be good.

Hi Gerrb!!
You would be the person to ask this, what numbers will ar67 cold and .81 hot should I expect with the right fuel mods and TT hg, arp stds q45 tb. Will golden sc reach his power goal with the similar setup on let's say Jdm ecu vvti could

sorry off topic here, but op could use this info since we have a very similar power goal

That being a pte with a 68ar and it being in a mk4 supra I believe. It's pretty tight as is.

The Borg turbo will hit the shock tower. I'd recommend a Precision unit.

That's exactly what I was thinking. They do make a .68 hotside for certain Borg's and it's $200 + the $600 turbo. Still cheaper than a $1k pte

might be what I have to do. I just hope this bw .68ar will fit itself

The S360 will support between 500-600rwhp. Since the OP's goal is within that range , the turbo is capable but on a setup with just the jdm vvti ecu , it will not since that ecu is only meant for 440cc injectors. You will need to get 650cc injectors then a piggy back at least to handle the bigger injectors.

In choosing a turbo , choose the smallest turbo with the smallest turbine a/r that will handle your power goal so you can have the best spooling setup !

Il be going aem standalone. With 1000cc+ injectors. That's if my GE compression is good when i begin.

If it's low then I'm not sure just yet what il do. Possibly throw in a new block. But will possibly look into a 1j/2j gte swap.

Maybe it's just me but I look at that and think "oh daym there's tons of space for a bigger turbo!"

Thanks Gerrb!!!

Golden: the 90 degree elbow spacer would have to be custom fabricated using 2 t4 ( or whatever) flanges and an elbow. By looking at the pic you're limited to how big of a compressor you can use, and with a short elbow, you'll be able to relocate your turbo up a little because you have plenty of space between tb and the housing itself.
thats the only way you can run a bigger compressor.
im surprised you don't want to go with tubular manifold instead, which is a lot more cost effective route...

I'm using one of these on an IS300 2JZGE motor in an IS300 chassis and it fits just fine w/ a BW EFR 6758. It even has an adapter to go from T4 to v-band on the collector and still clears everything just fine.
