Default Wheel and Tire assistance!

Hello everyone. I've reviewed a lot of the threads here regarding recommended wheel/tire size fitments and my last resort is to post this thread for some help!

Im going with Volk G25 Edge wheels:
20x9.0 +40
20x10.5 +35

I'm looking for some advice here with tire size and if springs will be possible while avoiding the dreaded tire rub.

Any information/assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks guys!

-Steve

Here is what I am running along with Penske coilovers from RR Racing - No issues - If you get the parameters close on the tire size you should vae no issues with the 20's

Front – Rays Gram Lights 57 Extreme Model WGJ443E9 19 X 9.5 +43 offset with Michelin PSS 265/35ZR19

Rear - Rays Gram Lights 57 Extreme Model WGJ635E9 19 X 10.5 +35 offset with Michelin PSS 285/35ZR19

Default Wheel & Tire Specs

I'm running 19x9.5 +35 up front with a 255/35 tire. Rear setup is 19x10.5 +35 with a 295/30. I'm on stock suspension, no rub.

I had the Ferrada FR2 same sizes except +25 Offset for Front/Rear.
-Tires 255/30/20, 285/30/20 with stock height

Now, AVS Model F50 20x10 +35, 20x11 +40 or +45
-Front rubs when lowered but if it was 20x9 like yours, it shouldn't rub.
-Rear no problem

Your good with those specs, Front is very conservative. You can even go 265's for the front
let me know if you have any other questions about fitment. here to help

Thanks Lou and everyone who replied! Im
wondering if I'll even want to lower the car after installing the 20's. I love the look, just don't want to get into any tire-rubbing issues or hitting the stops during daily driving. All of the spring kits seem to be at least a 1" drop...

Looks like I'll have my new shoes installed this week with this information! Again, thanks everyone!

Thats my new question...I'd like to avoid any rubbing issues. Which spring kit offers a minimal drop?

With that offset and width combo from your G25 you should be fine with either SWIFT SPRINGS or RSR. Of course it all comes down to what size and brand tires you are running. Unless your running 305's on the rear, you'll be ok with either lowering springs.
Let me know if you need any other assistance or if you need help with the purchase.

thank you
Lou
