The funny thing is i when to Canberra from home 180km,s(Bathurst weekend biggest race in OZ) and hit road works in the rain,a few friends hadn't seen the F so it got a wash up there.That is concrete dust on the car (they mix it with the gravel before top sealing)and if you don't get it off fast it sets like concrete.
