Calling All Wheel and Offset Experts
I've read all of the threads about putting RCF wheels on the 3is and it doesn't look like anyone has had success or has attempted.
The general consensus is that you will need spacers up front to clear the rotors.
Any offset experts out there know if it's possible to pull off?
Just found a great deal on a local set of RCF wheels and really want to make it work.
Specs below:
Front 19x9 + 50 offset with a 255/35/19 Michelin PSS Tire
Rear 19x10 +41 offset with a 275/35/19 Michelin PSS Tire

I am in no way an expert, but, I can tell you that I can't imagine that those front tire sizes will work. I have a very mild drop with half downs. I am currently running 245/35/19 +32 and my tires rub on hard turns (and over bumps). For my set up, 235's are what I should be running.
I have 275/30/19 +42 in the rear with no issues.

Front 19x9 + 50 offset with a 255/35/19 Michelin PSS Tire
for the wheel, you'd need a ~15mm spacer to clear the upper arm and calipers. the tire is too wide. 235 is about as wide as I'd go on a 19x9 or else you'd rub really bad.
Rear 19x10 +41 offset with a 275/35/19 Michelin PSS Tire
the wheel would fit really flush. again the tire is too wide. with those specs, I wouldn't go wider than 255. any wider, you'd need more camber to clear the fender.
I'm currently running a 19x9+35 225/35 and 19x10+45 255/30. a little stretch, no rubbing up front at full lock, and no rubbing in the rear with 3 adults in the back

this person knows what they're talking about.Said it better than I could about tire sizes being too wide - especially with Michelin PSS tires (they run on the wider end of the spectrum).

to clear the fenders you need camber arms, front and rear. fronts are hard to find and are really expensive. spc makes some for the rear.
expect over -3 degrees of camber for those meaty tires to clear

I was thinking I can use the tires from an RC350 F-Sport: 235/40R19 front and 265/35R19 rear. I have a set in my garage at the moment. Think that will be better?

I run 265s all around on 19x9.5 wide wheels. The car is lowered and the only issue is a rub on plastic on the left rear -- and only on really big dips. Rides really good though and handles great too.

OP: bottom line. RCF tires are too wide, and RC350 tires are too tall for a dropped IS (even one at stock ride height may run into some issues). If you REALLY have to use one of them, expect A LOT of rubbing issues

you're leaving out A LOT of pertinent information for your post to be of help to OP.
19x9.5+??? what are your offsets? with a drop, no rub in the front and slight rubbing in the rear, i'm going to guess your offsets are right around +40ish with some (i'm pretty sure) 30 series (aka 265/30/19) tires. any higher, and you'll have more than just a slight rub.
OP: bottom line. RCF tires are too wide, and RC350 tires are too tall for a dropped IS (even one at stock ride height may run into some issues). If you REALLY have to use one of them, expect A LOT of rubbing issues

not that it matters because i am running 20s. but heres my offsets and im not lowered
20x8.5 et 26 with a 235/35 , and a 20x10 et 43 245/55 and i rub in the back over large bumps and especilly with people in the back. from seems to grab on lip sometimes.. just my point if you thinking 20s at all. but i love my set up.
i have pss aswell run a little fatter than most tires so look into that. maybe a conti
