Default My Es300 Mods (Aesthetic)

1998 Lexus ES300.

Raceline Montage Rims (1 inch spacers for clearance).
Clear front corner swap out.
Debadged and replaced with carbon fiber emblems.
Tail lights switched to 1999 Koukis pulled from a Toyota Windom. (Little bit of splicing involved on one side since I did not have the proper harness to go from the w5w to w16w)

This fall, I will be working on a full HID retrofit for the headlights. Will possibly add angel eyes with an internal switch as well.
I'll be sure to post pictures when I'm done.

Rims aren't my style, but I'm feelin' your aesthetic. Did you paint the lower cladding? Full black and 00/01 tails is

When you do your retrofit, are you gonna paint the housings/reflectors black because wowow 10/10. Only thing is the corner light would look out a little of place.

The cladding is black as well.

Going with the black housings. Here is my progress so far. Little dusty, may paint the shrouds black as well. May figure out how to black out the corners and go with a bright LED that doesn't need reflecting.

Looks good. Are you doing quad projectors?

Yes, I am. The outer two are going to be a little tight so going to have to cut quite a bit more.

So that's what was missing. I was staring at the picture trying to figure out what was different...it didn't seem like the other black ES300's I've seen.

What size are the projectors? Are you going to use slightly smaller projectors for the DRL's?
I say this a lot but I wonder if the Q45 projectors would fit into the 3ES housing...

One color 3ES is hard to get use to (I've only seen a white one and this one) but looks good in black. It's kind of a small subtle touch but a big difference in a sense.

Diameter: 2.5" (7.5cm)Height: 5 5/16" (13.5cm

Just using some generic mini projectors I picked up, same size for all 4. Have to cut an inch or so off the top of the housing and shroud, but it will not be visible.

Personally I'd go with a different set of wheels but everything else is looking good. Very well done
