LS460 window does not close up properly
#2
Pretty sure that a thorough cleaning and then coating with silicone grease in the rubber/tracks will allow the window to seat properly. This has been discussed quite a bit in previous threads, so a little search should bring up the different products that did the trick.
As far as I know, these are recommended:
https://www.amazon.com/3M-08946-Clea.../dp/B005RNEH5O
https://www.amazon.com/Genuine-Honda.../dp/B00GD49GTS
Although not silicone based, I have used this stuff with great success:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00T44D1R2/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
My driver's side window would creak constantly and I couldn't close the window all the way without rubbing issues. Coated all the rubber with 303 and it's dead quite now. Also silenced my sunroof when I coated the rubber surround. Hope this helps!

The dealer said the weather strip is deformed a little bit. They said it will cost several hundred $ to install a new one. We use finger to make strip more open when the window is closing. Now the strip stay in the right form and I will keep the strip stay that way for a week.

If that doesn't work out for you, an alternative is go to a good auto body place. I bet they could replace that at half the cost.

Got it fixed. Body shop take the door apart and find the leveling is loose. That is why the glass is not in its right place and tilted a tiny bit. No weather strip needs to be replaced.
I think that is part of my fault, In the summer, sap of elm trees drop on the windows. If you don't clean up for a couple of days, it is sticky and create more friction when windows are up and down. .

after doing my first ceramic coating back in February, I stepped up to Cquartz Uk 3.0 instead of Cquartz Lite
amazing results, these products are both great, uk 3.0 adds an add 30% of sio2 to 70 percent vs lite....
best part is how easy to clean the car has become
