Installed TOMs (replica) lip kit on my 2012 Starfire White Pearl F-Sport SE
Material: polyurethane all the way around
Came with hardware?: Yes
Additional hardware purchased: stainless steel self tapping screws and washers from Home Depot, rivets and additional 3M tape. Debated on getting the weatherstripping material to make the kit look more oem, but time just wasn't on my side, so I decided against it.
Install duration: Laying out the pieces, prepping it with cleaning solution and then 3M tape, adjusting brackets, 'dry-fitting', then final application for each piece .. ~6 hours (including 30-minute food time).
Overall fitment of front: 9.5/10 - follows body contouring nearly perfectly, no real gaps or anything, OEM mounting points bolted right up to the supplied brackets.
Overall fitment of sides: 7.5/10 - straight and true however from the seller online they still came lightly warped and luckily the supplied brackets push this part back up along the car just fine, but without using the supplied brackets, the sides would more than likely not fit well. I strongly recommend using 3M tape here more than any other part of the car, particularly on the upper crease areas near the front and rear of the car. However, it still utilized OEM mounting points so all the clips and screws meshed up to it all pretty well.
** the brackets they come with are not up to spec, they will require light adjusting to mount up properly/flush wih the side skirts.
Overall fitment of the rear: 10/10 - perfect fitment, OEM mounting points bolted right up to the supplied brackets.
Here are some of the pics with the kit installed, no real pictures of the before but you can use a stock photo for that as a reference. Sorry for the cell phone photos, didn't have my 70D with me.

Looks really good! Did it come painted?
I actually prefer it without the "weather stripping." I have never liked the look of black rubber between panels.

Looks good! Also a good question, does it come painted?
I know the CT kits ordered from Toms come painted in your color choice.

Thank you guys for the kind words.
I actually had it painted locally by a reputable shop, the parts when I ordered them, arrived at my home unpainted nor primed for paint, I did all the prep work myself.

The kit for both the front, sides and rear were about 400 shipped. eBay. Amazon with the same sellers I believe are about the same price.
Extra hardware such as the rivet gun, rivets, stainless self tapping screws and 3M tape, ran me about 50 total.
Paint was 500 in the Lexus OEM starfire white pearl (paint code: 077)
Install was free since I did it myself with a friend.
