2005 rx 330 windshield molding coming loose
The molding that goes accross the top on the windshield is coming loose. It started from the driver's side. It looks like the glue has deteriorated. Aside from replacing it, can it be re glued? What kind of adhesive should I use?

You can call safelite or email them with a pic and ask what they would do to fix it. It will give you an idea of what's in the ballpark.
I recently slapped some of the aforemetioned permatex window caulk on new-used OEM headlight housing, as the plastic on one of the lenses was chipped, causing the housing to no longer be waterproof, so I put some of that sealant on for a stop gap measure. I won't know if it's working till it rains again.

Has your windshield ever been replaced? I had mine last year and they had to replace all the molding. My insurance paid for it and thus they used aftermarket molding and it is pretty bad. If mine cracked, I would just have the insurance company replace the windshield again using factory molding parts.
