The metal and plastic covers on my newly purchased (CPO) - RX350 F-Sport is hanging from the bottom. There is no evidence of any scratches or impact from anything on the road. I have driven about 2000 miles since i purchased.
Please can you advice what to do and if it is covered under warranty?
I am not even sure if this is heat shield or something else.

Have the dealer get it up on a hoist & have a look. Could be as simple as a fastener has come out.
