Talking 1998 gs300 build, aristo 2jzgte swap

Just bought the car for my build waiting for it to be delivered sometime within the next 7 days. Details about my planned build. I wanna swap to a 2jz-gte 4spd automatic. I would like feed back on my build plus I'm sure I will do some searching through the threads to get some help with the hiccups I will run into. Also if you have done this swap I will take as much extra info as possible. I will post pics of the car once it is delivered.

Default Which company for a engine?

So I have been pricing out engines and the overall package that you get with your whole order. So far the cheapest I have found is jdmengineworld.com out of New York they have the 2jzgte vvti for $1750 Does anybody have a review for this company or any other companies around the same price range.

that is everything in the engine bay but it doesn't say if it comes with the aristo ecu , stock intercooler , fuel lines , pump , driveshaft etc.. missing some parts to make it a complete swap

Default Finally ordered the engine

I have had a couple hiccups due to me currently trying to plan a wedding at the same time. But I have finally ordered the engine from jdmenginedepot.com It should be here in roughly a week so I will start actively upgrading this post now.

Default Pictures of the engine

The engine getting ready to ship.. Getting EAGER!!!!

****UPDATED on 10/17/2015*****

I would never recommend to order any products from jdmenginedepot.com, They will not honor anything they say. I am a very displeased customer. So for my transmission I received from them I will be searching from another case to swap everything into.

I will be doing a single turbo conversion from the get go so I won't have to fight with the limited space later on. And from what I have read it seems like an easier install getting rid of the twins from the get go.

Yes good call when I did my swap the beginning of the year I still needed my car to daily drive so I couldn't afford the down time. But now that I have a daily driver I'm setting aside my parts to go single hopefully will have everything come jan-feb to start the project.
