2013 Lexus ES 350 Cold air intake?
Hello. I recently purchased a 2013 Lexus ES 350 and I want to install a K&N Cold Air intake in it. Apparently it appears to be that K&N don't make it for the car I have. Is there a way I can get a Cold Air intake for my car? Would a 2013 Toyota Camry V6 Cold air intake fit in a 2013 Lexus ES 350? I am aware that the ES isn't for sports, but I just needs Cold air intake. Please do help me.
Thank you.
Thank you.

I assume this replaces a rubber existing OEM intake?
Or is this the different air filter set up? Thanks...Tom
Edit: Save that...did a search. Looks like it primarily adds noise and actually increases the temp of the air and likely decreases HP?...ala K&N. TOM

The aftermarket items for this car are almost non-existent since the average owner doesn't care about that type of stuff. If you can't find one, you could have a performance shop fabricate one. I've heard of people making them from scratch, so it shouldn't be too costly.

What sort of gains are you looking to actually achieve. I really don't see the pro's outweighing the cons of labor and cost on this one. This platform setup won't benefit great from a cold air intake, nor is the engine bay designed an efficient way to support one.

I'm getting a Short Ram
intake.. Not a cold air I take. I misunderstood.
What Short ram intake would fit a 2013 Lexus Es350?
I'm looking for a deeper sound. My brother got a SRI in his 2012 camry (4 cyl.) and it sounds sick.. I like the deep sound.
Since K&N doesn't make a SRI for a Avalon, would a 2013 Camry V6 SRI fit in my 13' ES350? If it does,
What if I get a check engine sign? I heard this guy tried it (older version ES) and he got a check engine light.
The Camry V6 and the ES engine bays looks pretty much the same...
Anyone?

I figured I'd reserect this thread.
I am interested in doing this mainly for the sound but if i run the chance of loosing power and mpg...
Did you end up getting the short ram? How is it?
