No they do not come with shims but they do come with new seals

that 90311-43009 is a part number for a seal so i vouch for that seal LOL

The IS350 has an electronic traction control. This is a mechanical LSD that [assuming it's like other LSD's], will put traction to BOTH rear wheels when one free-spins.
This was also known as posi-traction back in the day.
