does anybody know what a LEXTECH gauge cluster is?

is it a mod to make the stock gauges look brighter? i have a 99 ES.

It's a cluster updated by this company - used to be owned by one of our forum moderators (now owned by someone else)

From what I've read they do more SC than ES stuff
