Alright you guys, after the successful meet at Rutgers, I think it's time for another meet in the spring time, so this way everyone is locked and loaded! I have a few ideas of the meet place to be at a picnic area where we can have a BBQ, and hike a little bit.

Great for a BBQ, hike, swim, and a meet! I've been there before over the summer of '07, and wow! It's pretty nice out there! A lot of parking, and a great place for the kids to relax, have some fun, and get wild!


Note: If you think you can make it, please give me a maybe. If you decide to change your mind and join us, please let us know. PM me for my cell number one or two days in advance.

If you would like to bring something to contribute towards the BBQ/Picnic, please let us know so I can update the list!

This is a public notice to those attending the meet!!!

Please make sure you bring the following goods/items with you.

First aid kit
Bug spray
Rubbing alcohol
Plenty of water bottles!
Extra clothes
HIGH legged socks if you're wearing shorts

And I can NOT stress this enough- An extra pair of SNEAKERS. If you're planning on hiking with us, you definitely will need another pair of sneakers to wear.

We will be setting up by the Play ground area for the kids. There will be picnic tables, bbq pits available for us to use.

Lets clarify the situation. There are 3 pages/39 posts of a meet that has no date nor a location in regards to it. Not to take sides but OohPapi made some very good points and was helpful in trying to point you in the right direction on one way of getting it done.

GS400Crx - There is a way to add an actual poll onto the thread that will appear on the top and will contain a graph showing you the stats.

I suggest that you either speak to individuals on the phone or via PM that will assist you on setting this up. Once you have figured out the location and more or less the dates you would like to toss out there for the other members, that is when I suggest you create a thread with a poll.

I will reopen this thread once you decide on what your doing. PM me when your ready.

Don't take this the wrong way either. It's great that your getting the NJ members motivated to come out. Keep doing what your doing, let's just be productive about it.

If you like to chat in regards to any subject and go off topic and just conversate with others about anything you should try this...

They will begin roughly 12pm, maybe 2pm figuring who is coming out from where. If there are any MD people coming out, they're probably going to have to leave pretty early in the morning to get there on time.

It would have to be arranged by someone. Last meet to NJ, the caravan was spearheaded by excluesive. Ill join the caravan if its made (im a poor leader )

Edit, your spring recess is different from mine :/ (mine is in april), so i can only go on a friday, saturday or sunday. Hopefully it will fall within those days.

There you go, trying to make things to complicated. You can have a caravan meet at ur house, at around 12 to make it there by 1, same thing will be said for nyc people.... but then again guys, remember, u dont need to caravan, just meet up at the state park.

i dont think we need to figure out how we are getting there yet tho....
