Default Front Grille And Lexus Emblem Damaged

Hi everyone,
I must have been hit within the last 2 days. I just noticed yesterday that my front grille and emblem will have to be replaced, according to my Lexus bodyshop, the quote to repair is 3300.00 cad. I am very upset. The front grille is on back order with no eta. Also, within the last week, my blind spot monitor has been malfunctioning. Does anyone know if these issues are related? I am going for a second quote with another Bodyshop that I have dealt with before, which my Dealership uses as well. Thanks for listening, drive safe in this horrible weather.

Hey man, sensor might have been damaged when you hit something. Make sure your sensor that is malfunctioning, is clear. I don't drive my RCF in the winter and is sleeping in my garage, but I drive my 2019 IS350 F-Sport and 2017 RX350 F-sport during the winter and they throw errors all the time because the sensors get dirty very quickly in the winter with snow, slush etc. A lot of time the snow covers the sensors and they start going haywire. Give it a good wash and see if the error goes away.

HI,
Thanks for the advice. Someone hit my car. And regarding the rear sensors, I have cleaned them the error message went away, but quickly came back.

Yeah. it could be a damaged sensor due to the hit. Might need to be looked at by the dealership.
