The Official EOS V3 Meet Thread
Directions: Take Hwy 101 towards Santa Clara, Exit at De La Cruz, then left on to Martin Ave.

Well it's that time once again for NorCal's biggest Lexus ONLY meet of the year. This is our third annual End-Of-Summer Meet, held again at the Lexus of Stevens Creek SERVICE CENTER near the San Jose International Airport. DO NOT GO TO THE DEALERSHIP !!!!!!!!!!
Last year over 100 people / cars signed up. Parking is limited to roughly 100 cars, so due to this demand, the meet will be open to all owners of Lexus vehicles ONLY. We don't wanna turn away people, so please register in advance so that we can allocate more space if needed. There will be ample parking available in the street for spectators.
Wanna know where to get Maintenance Service, Suspension Work, Alarm Systems, Clear Bra, Deals on aftermarket parts, Bent rims Repaired or Polished/Plated? Many of the local vendors will have booths on display with answers to these questions, and many more. They will also be giving away raffle items and meet discount coupons for parts or services, BUT you must pre-register to be eligible.
Please pre-register by posting a response on this thread, indicating that you will try to attend. You must sign up here, in order to be eligible for raffle items, discount coupons, etc. however, sign up is NOT a requirement to enter your car into the meet. All those who show up the day of the meet will be allowed to enter the parking area *.
Over the next few weeks, I will be posting more details on the meet activities, raffle prizes and other features. So check back here often for an update.

If you are on the Waiting List, you will be NEXT in line starting at 11am. It is BETTER to be on this list than not, because you will be the first admitted at 11am. After you guys, it's a free for all. Remember that you will be admitted ONLY if there is still room at 11am. More than likely, there will be NO SHOWS or late arrivals. So I honestly think you have a good chance to get in. Just get in the line like everyone else, and as you enter the gate we will just line you up as "next-in-line" to get in starting 11am.
ATTENTION !
Due to the overwhelming response and limited parking, we will have to close the advanced sign ups for now.
What does this mean?
1- I will talk with the dealer, since it may be possible to allocate more room. I will try to have an answer by Monday 9/13. In the mean time please continue to sign up to this thread and I will place you on the waiting list in the order in which you signed up. There may be cancellations as well, so there's still some hope.
We will also let any cars in at the 11am cut off, so if there is still room, you can drive right in. Typically there will be NO SHOWS so again, there is a reasonable chance to get in.
2- If there is no more space in the lot, you can still attend the meet as a spectator. There is plenty of parking outside. You are also welcome to enjoy all the other benefits as the entrants, INCLUDING the purchase of raffle tickets for the BIG TICKET raffle items.
The only privelidge you lose is the Spin-and-Win raffle and early drive in entry into the meet.
The entry into the parking lot will be on a first come first served basis. All those who pre-registered will be allowed to enter, starting at about 10am. We will be checking you on the list, before you are allowed enter into the meet. If you are not on the list, you will be held back from the line until 11am.
Being on this pre-registered list DOES NOT guarantee that you will have a parking spot available. If you arrive after 11am, we cannot insure that there will be any space remaining.
The gates will open at approximately 10am. You can bet that cars will be lined up much earlier than that.
Spectators: There is room for 70 cars on the street and there is a public (paid) parking lot available across the street, accomodating hundreds of cars.
* Registering on ClubLexus or pre-registering on this thread IS NOT required, in order to be admitted to the meet. As long as there is available space, any Lexus ower is welcome to attend the meet and show their car.
If you are not on the above list, you will not be eligible for raffle door prizes, discount coupons or other meet specials. You DO NOT need to PM RMMGS4 to register for this meet. Just simply respond to this thread. ONLY if you feel there is an error, please PM RMMGS4.
Anyone from IS300.net who has problems with registering on ClubLexus, please PM AL7EZZA on the IS300.net site. He can assist in helping you to register your screen name on to the CL forums.
* Due to the possibility of limited parking spaces, we reserve the right to limit entry ONLY to those who have pre-registered.
* Lurkers are not eligible for special raffle prizes, discount coupons or meet specials and will not benefit from the social gains acquired by those who attend this meet.

Hey SoCal, we'd like your participation. 10 of us went down to the Carson meet last year, too bad there wasn't an event this year, so come on up our way instead !
Check with flipside909 for planning accomodations and travel logistics.
We will try to get discounts on lodging. Can you spell "GROUP BUY" ?
Then there's always the pre-meet dinner / cruise on Saturday night.
I'll be announcing a long distance raffle / award as well.
There is NOTHING like a multi car convoy going up Hwy 5. Everyone on walkie talkie last year was a blast !
The trip did not feel that long AT ALL. You know how they say , "half the fun is getting there" ? Believe IT !
