The engine covers are an interesting topic. The LS430 was our first car that had extensive covers and there are various opinions on their value.

Some of the VIP cars do exotic murals and designs on the covers for the shows but they don't drive with them on the cars. Others remove the covers altogether if they have invested in engine mods or implementing chrome parts or removed to allow for add on items....

Here is one on a 460......

I read somewhere that the ones on the sides on the 460 actually act as water drainage so removing them is not advised....

Hope you can find some used ones.....

The best way to obtain Lexus OEM parts at a discount is via My Lexus Parts World (https://www.mylparts.com/). Club Lexus members get an additional 10% discount by using the coupon code CL5. I checked on the cost of the Engine Appearance Cover for a 2008 LS600hL. The Part Number is 1120938020, the MSRP is $348.23, the Lexus Parts World price is $282.07, so with the 10% discount the price is $253.86 (no tax or shipping). I'm not affiliated with this company, but have had great luck ordering parts from them.

Ahhh...OK. You didn't stipulate that you wanted new. Dealer will be your only option. FWIW, used will not look any worse than new. It's not like they wear or look any different if you get them used. They don't get UV exposed being under the hood. Mine are as good as new after 125k miles and nearly ten years old. Let us know what you find. Good luck.

Just curious to know why you want, or, should I say, why is it imperative that the engine covers are new??
They only serve as an under the hood protectant.
As long as they aren't bent and the holes for the plastic pins aren't cracked and/or out of shape and the over all shape of the cover is fine, a used one would protect just as well as a brand new one.

Know one will know they are new but you. A Lexus dealership is your best options for new covers.
