Can someone go outside and rev their car please? [Video]
I was sitting in my car and I randomly revved it and I noticed that around 1500 itll stop momentarily and then finish going back down. When it would do this I can feel it kind of vibrate the car. Can someone go warm their car up and rev it to see if it does the same thing?

Although I don't have an F-Sport (Luxury in my case), I tried what you asked and there was no hesitation in the decrease in RPMs after a quick rev to near 5K. No engine shudder either.

Crap. Even though its not a "problem" I want to make sure that everything is good thats just kinda weird. Maybe its a F-Sport thing.

Same thing here, although at 1250 rpm. I wouldn't be worried. Revving - YouTube

Mine does this too, as does my Honda. This is most likely the activation threshold for the injector overrun fuel cut and is completely normal.
Link that can probably explain it better than I can: http://www.linkecu.com/support/glossary/over-run-def
A nice fact is that the overrun fuel cut also applies on no throttle deceleration in gear. That means for any folks that like to coast in neutral, don't do it! It wastes fuel

Mine does it too, I've noticed it once or twice. Pretty normal thing to prevent unburnt fuel from getting dumped into the exhaust if the throttle closes too quickly after a medium to high rev I think.
The Jaguar, on the other hand, was intentionally built to do this, and it sounds like a cackling demon. So nasty, I love it.
