This is my 2000 Lexus ES300. Unfortunately it has seen better days, but that's to be expected seeing as it's a 14 year old car. My guess is that this little rubber flap on the grill came undone either during an automatic car wash, or a buffing accident by the previous owner. What would you Lexus owners suggest that i do about this? Should I find a glue that is safe to use in this area and that is weather proof? Or should I replace the grill altogether? I've found them as cheap as $60.00 used, and $100.00 brand new. Let me know what you guys think!

I'd say you don't have much to lose trying to put it back down with some adhesive rather than just going to get a new one, but it can be difficult job for sure. I did a similar job a while back for a friend's car (can't remember what glue we used) and had a tough time trying to align it perfectly while not getting the glue everywhere since the trim was so thin. Looking forward to seeing the results if you try to fix it yourself.

I would just epoxy the sucker into place

Here are the results after I used some Gorilla glue. I took it off the hood and applied it. I think it turned out pretty well.
