Welcome to Club Lexus and I'm glad you're interested in upgrading your lighting.

First off, your IS has a single low beam halogen projector, and a separate reflector based high beam.

By definition bi-xenon means you have both high and low beams within the same projector, and in your case you do not. What happens in a bi-xenon projector is the shield moves away from the bulb, allowing for a flood of light to be exposed above the cutoff shield.

You need to source a H11 HID Kit, and a 9005 HID kit for your project. You will lose the ability to flash anyone while driving, and will have to wait for your high beams to warm up in order to use them. (12 seconds)

I think you meant dual hid setup, but just wanted to clarify for you in advance.

Good luck, and let us know how it turns out!

-Jimmy
