Yes it's an old thread, but never answered. Anyone have these part numbers? The dealer got it wrong, and I would like to be sure we're going to get it right the second time. There are two gaskets.

IMO, that's a fair price for a '99 if it's current on maintenance (e.g timing belt was done), everything on it works, and it's accident free. Check CARFAX if serious.

If an oil filter does not have a torque specified, or you cannot access it with a torque wrench, do this: Tighten by hand until the gasket just makes contact. Then 3/4 to 1-1/4 turn more. That's it....

It's a hydraulically actuated air valve; AFAIK, it does not matter. You can test it by turning the steering wheel to the limit; valve should open.
