Nothing wrong with a copper or aluminum crush washer, but best to use the factory part. You are supposed to replace it every oil change but I use them for 4-5 changes with no issues.

I put in an alternator from a Highlander, direct fit and it got rid of the dreaded dome light flickering. I can't remember if I got the 100amp or 130amp version, I wanna say 130 but not 100% sure....

It is not confusing. You simply keep the fluid in the cold or hot range depending on transmission temperature, check with engine running. You cannot check the level right away after adding fluid...

Maybe the windshield was replaced and the arms were not bolted back into the correct position. The wipers have a "winter mode" you pull up on one of the arms and it will snap into a higher resting...

1992-1994 has the bearing at the bottom of the strut assembly (not in the upper mount) so maybe one side was replaced with a newer style '95-96.
