If you guys have access to a machine shop then use the Solidworks file that I posted a while back. It was for a 30mm but you can modify the height to your liking. I cut a couple pairs for myself...

I'm at 47K on this method and not a single drop yet. I would not recommend doing it this way though especially when you can get the Vitons from Jeff.

I agree with the guys above. 19 x 8.5 +35 will be pretty sunk. I am at 19x9 +12 F and 19x10 +22 R. Front shaved and rear cut.

The material is called Tegris. It looks like carbon fiber but can take on a lot more carnage.You may have seen this used on other car forums. I've used this for a splitter wiht my old S14.
