Sounds to me the battery wasn't getting a good charge and it died at the light.

Have you cleaned and re-tightened your terminals? Also make sure the battery is good and holds a charge over night....

I would pick up a Koyo replacement radiator. I believe the part number is #A1854 and cost about 150 bucks.

If you are seeing corrosion on the radiator it sounds like the stocker may be leaking...

Your going to have to mount the ebrake to the side of the tunnel, and have your current e-brake cable shortened and a new threaded end on it for the e-brake handle. Should be good to go after that.
