I'd start with either replacing the digitizer or the entire screen and see if that get the touch functionality back working. From there, hopefully that fixes the NAV issue; if not, I'd try ejecting...

Like others, I had VERY similar symptoms to yours and my issue ended up being the alternator too. $160 at AutoZone with a lifetime warranty. ;)

When I had a vibration at HWY speed at a certain MPH, might ended up being a bent wheel. Replaced the wheel, vibrations all gone. Hope its just a wheel weight for you though.
