So is the verdict of the issue related to the driveshaft length putting pressure on the box? Hopefully its a simple as that, correct the driveshaft and all problems go away.

That rear yoke you removed and reinstalled sets the backlash settings for the gears. It has to be perfect or the gearing will bind or be way off. Did you just swap the flange and crank it back tight...

I have no doubts the lightweight flywheel works well, but IMO it isn't really necessary especially for 350-400whp. Just a way to save money when you already have a perfectly usable stock flywheel.
