To be clear, they're saying the '15 uses HD radio service to get traffic data to put on the navigation screen. The 2013 does have HD radio for listening to radio stations but uses SiriusXM satellite...

That's too bad, because I think that is exactly what Lexus should do: Create a GT version of the RC F that is tuned for performance and not luxury and sell about 500 as exclusive, high-performance RC...

I was not aware so I did some Goggle searching and discovered the Super GT race series. This looks to be mostly in Japan - most to the track venues are in Japan and all of the entrants for the GT 500...

Yea, I would too, but I've not heard anything that says they will. I don't want to start a rumor.

I do think Lexus should standup an RC-F factory team and cars in TUSCC GTLM Class. That would show...

Thanks for this thread, it's a good one.

Well since we're comparing F1 to other race venues, I will say I am a fan of F1 but not so much of NASCAR.

I like endurance sports car racing best -...

Seems like some major changes to the car would be required beyond the new turbo, like moving the transmission and changing the body shape.

Some of the teams, like Lotus, are barely able to field...

The IMS is not an issue for any Cayman (or other 987 / 997 Porsche starting about 2006 with the M97 Engine).

Earlier 986 Boxters and 996 911 are susceptible to IMS issues. There was no 986 Cayman....
