No, you just remove the metal sleeve that goes "through" the poly eurathane, where the LCA slides through. You don't want to press the main bushing out and then try to repress it in. It's a sleeve...

I would use SPC #67530 (has proper taper for the spinlde, NOT # 67525 which is for older models) as a temporary set up. FIGS ENGINEERING is coming out with a great "Front Upper ARM" for both camber...
