Do you know how to clean the MAF sensor? If not, search for tutorials with pics. What you are cleaning are the heated wires deep in the body of the MAF sensor. You must use MAF cleaner and be careful...

Did you replace the A/F fuse? On the MAF sensor, make sure you clean the heated wire and not the IAT sensor bulb which is a common mistake. What are C and EV monitors?
