Nope. In my 07 rx350 awd I just pop the hood, pop off the fuse cover, remove the fuse with needle nose plyers then throw the cover on and shut the hood. Done traction off.

I have 225/60-18 Firestone Winterforce on my RX. Didnt really notice any difference. I dont think such a small diamteter difference would make any significant difference.

I'd try them on the the driveway of the person you're buying them off. I've tried on 20" Venza wheels and they require a 2-3mm spacer for caliper clearance. Yet the rav4 steel wheels fit fine...
