Yeah I think it would help if the lights were positioned a tiny bit lower. I really don't want to remove and refit the front bumper over and over again though weakening the tabs.

I have the same exact wheels and offsets with PSS 275/30 lowered only .5" in the rear. I think 285/30 S04s would work fine without rolling but 295s would it would be necessary, even at stock height....

Don't pay attention to that current MPG dash meter. If you're worried about MPG it is just going to make you upset. For highway mileage I don't think any of the modes will make much of a difference....
