I recently replaced my resonator as the weld holding the rear pipe broke off. It was just hanging there! I cut the pipe entering the resonator with my die grinder as to not damage the O2 sensor.

Search my user name for my posts. It will walk u right through all the grounds.

Why not a used U140F off eBay? They made it until 2010 in the RAV4. I would just swap it with a super low miles one. I've seen them as low as 900 with only 19K on it.
