Try drilling it and using one of those reverse...

Try drilling it and using one of those reverse thread, broken-bolt removers. Failing that, drill it out altogether and re-tap the threads.

I have a 1999 RX300 (OBDII) and a 2008 IS250 (OBDII) in addition to my 2007 LS460. Will this app read the codes from the older two cars when I get a CEL?

Can't speak to the front one but the rear one is a J shaped plastic molding that's about $120.00. And as lbintab says, you have to remove the bumper cover to fix it.

No, I haven't noticed this on mine. it tracks just fine without having to hold the wheel at neutral to track straight. Sounds like the front caster is off. Did they check this when they checked...

I doubt this would change the "feel" of the car that much - ECU adaptation is relatively subtle. I would get the car that "feels" better or keep looking.

You could try a transmission fluid drain and flush. Sounds like dirt has got into the solenoid/actuator. I believe the solenoids are inside the transmission but others can confirm.
