Not even broken in at 120k. Only reason to change before 200k is to prevent threads from welding to the engine. Pull them out, dab a little anti-seize on the threads and re-install.

The socket connected to the extension was too long to remove in one piece. Magnet would not have helped, at least as I understood the problem. To OP: glad the screwdriver worked for you.

Not correct, maybe just a typo? P0171 indicates a lean condition in Bank 1 but often shows when lean condition exists in both banks, eg with a faulty/dirty MAF sensor.
