Go to a shop and have them look at the suspension. I'd bet that you probably broke a swaybar endlink for sure, but you could've also bent a control arm or just damaged a balljoint as well

I don't think you need to worry about a manual trans or diff cooler unless you were building a full blown track car.

If you're auto, then yes you WILL need a trans cooler.
