Remove these suspension braces?

Anyone know if these braces (see attached) can be safely removed? Reworking my exhaust setup soon and deleting them will give me more design space underneath. They don't appear to be critical but...

So let me see if I got this straight: negative camber resulting from airbags or deep offsets = super cool and what I did, because it was "not necessary" = really bad? Thanks for clearing that up.
