Put the seafoam on the cylinder tops, let it sit over night. Then use a turkey baster and pull the fluid out of each cylinder and change the oil. This will loosen the carbon on the tops pretty good...

Ya now that you say that, my polished TT wheels are a PITA! But they look amazing clean and polished. Maybe go with a bright silver cleared? or something gloss painted that is easy to clean off.
