Swap the front tires and see if that solves your problem. I just had the exact experience on my 99 Avalon after rotating my tires. Problem was the tire, not alignment.

Not correct, maybe just a typo? P0171 indicates a lean condition in Bank 1 but often shows when lean condition exists in both banks, eg with a faulty/dirty MAF sensor.

First, have you cleaned and checked-out the the MAF sensor? If it is not the MAF sensor, I bet a million bucks it's the Bosch sensor. Put in the correct Denso sensor and you will be good to go.
