From what I have read you dont want to clean MAF sensor on pre 95 ls400. These older models use a different kind of sensor that is really sensitive to cleaners.

I would check the brake switch and neutal safety switch. Also check the wire harness's leading to the starter. You may have crushed wires.

Sears..nope.There is a plastic cover with 3 or 4 bolts holding it down. Then access the coil. I think one or two bolts holding it down. Should only take about fifteen minutes for one coil and plug....

First one bank and then both. I would look for loose connections on the coils and igniters. Also check the harness goin to the coils and cam and crank sensors for damage.

I think he is talking about the evap canister. Most of the time that is tested with a smoke machine to check for leaks. I would look at the gasket on that cap thats showing signs of leakage.

If i remember correctly there are three bolts that attach the a/c compressor to the bracket. You will have to drop the compressor to get it off.
